Hi I'm Lauren, everyone calls me Lo.
I'm passionate about helping people create strength and mobility in their bodies for the long haul.
I have experienced my bouts of depression and healing from injury and I believe movement can help create a life of balance and help maintain rehabilitation in the body.
I believe in consistency and efficiency to get to your goals. This is why I have created a platform for you, to keep working toward those goals, staying accountable, and committed to your growth.

I believe in accessibility for all bodies and all abilities. Movement isn't the whole answer, but it is a step forward to start focusing your mind and body connection. Movement is more than poses and shapes, I want to continue to pass on the beauty of capabilities and celebrating movement.
