About the Program Leader
"I've been practicing yoga since 2007 years and it wasn't until I had an injury and was forced to slow down, that I started seeing the benefits of yin, meditation and restorative mindfulness. I have been teaching, leading workshops and trainings since 2015 and believe that the practice of yoga is how we reunite ourselves back to ourselves, the divine part of us that we get distracted from. I am dedicated to helping others find what they want from practice and through this restorative yoga training deepening self connection and building our community to help one another on the journey.
